Common questions
What counts as a "generation"?
Each time you create a new brand profile or regenerate content for a specific tab (Instagram captions, Meta Ads, etc.) that counts as one generation. Viewing existing content, restoring versions, and browsing the calendar don't count.
What happens when I hit the monthly limit?
You can still view and use all your existing content — nothing disappears. You just can't generate new content until the counter resets on the 1st of the month. Upgrade any time to get more.
What happens if I downgrade?
Everything you've built stays with you. Brands above the lower tier's limit go read-only — you can still see them, just not generate new content. Remove the extras or upgrade, and they open right back up. Nothing is ever deleted automatically.
Is the annual plan really 20% off?
Yes. Solo annual is €86 vs €108 monthly (you save €22). Studio annual is €230 vs €288 (save €58). Atelier annual is €566 vs €708 (save €142). The discount is applied at checkout automatically.
Can I cancel at any time?
Of course. Cancel from Settings → Billing any time — no penalty, no questions asked. You keep full access until the end of your billing period, then drop to Free. Your brands and content stay exactly where you left them.
Is this right for a solo maker or small shop?
That's exactly who Sapvio is built for. Most solo businesses are well within the Solo tier. Studio is for people juggling multiple brands — a small studio, a craft collective, or someone with several side projects. Atelier is for small agencies and teams.
Do I need to sign up before I can upgrade?
Yes — a free account is how we know who to upgrade. Signing up takes under a minute, no credit card needed. Your first brand is free forever, and you can upgrade to a paid plan any time from Settings → Billing.
What does "Brand profile" mean exactly?
It's how we capture your voice. When you paste your website URL, Sapvio reads your pages and works out your tone, your customers, what you charge, and what makes you different. Everything we generate is built from that — so it sounds like you, not like generic AI copy.
