By using Sapvio ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them.
1. The service
Sapvio is an AI-powered tool that generates brand profiles and marketing copy from website content. It is provided as-is, and outputs are AI-generated suggestions — not professional legal, financial, or marketing advice.
2. Your account
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Sapvio to:
- Generate content that is deceptive, defamatory, or violates any applicable law.
- Scrape or analyse websites you do not own or have permission to process.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or circumvent any part of the Service.
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.
4. AI-generated content
You own the outputs generated for your brand. However, AI-generated text is not guaranteed to be original, accurate, or free from similar outputs generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing them.
We do not warrant that any generated content is free from third-party intellectual property claims.
5. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Sapvio available at all times but make no uptime guarantees. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sapvio and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which we are incorporated. Disputes will be resolved in those courts unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
