Terms of service
By creating an account or using Sapvio ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. Please read them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who provides the Service
Sapvio is operated by Sapvio, based in Latvia. References in these Terms to "we", "our", or "us" mean that entity.
2. The Service
Sapvio is an AI-powered tool that extracts brand identity from your website and generates marketing copy and visuals you can use across social media and advertising platforms.
The Service is provided as-is. AI-generated outputs are suggestions, not professional advice. They are not guaranteed to be original, accurate, free from similarity to outputs generated for other users, or free from third-party intellectual property claims. You are responsible for reviewing every output before you publish it.
3. Your account
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to update it if it changes.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Sapvio to:
- Generate content that is deceptive, defamatory, discriminatory, or that violates any applicable law.
- Analyse or extract content from websites you do not own or have permission to process.
- Generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or circumvent the technical limits of the Service.
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.
- Use the Service to generate content for illegal goods or services, weapons, gambling targeting minors, or any purpose prohibited under EU consumer law.
We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.
5. AI-generated content and ownership
You own the outputs generated for your brand, subject to the limitations below. We do not claim ownership of your brand profile, your edits, your starred examples, or any text or image we generate for you.
Because AI generates content based on patterns, we cannot guarantee that any output is unique or that it does not resemble outputs generated for another user. We do not warrant that generated content is free from third-party intellectual property claims. You are responsible for reviewing every output before using it commercially.
Sapvio's name, logo, visual design, codebase, and all associated trademarks remain the exclusive property of Sapvio. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in Sapvio's intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Plans
Sapvio offers a Free plan with usage limits, and paid plans (Solo, Studio, Atelier) billed monthly or annually. Current prices and features are shown at sapvio.com/pricing.
Billing
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) using the payment method you provided. You will be charged the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to your paid plan until then, but no further charges will be made.
Refunds and the 14-day right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days of purchase. By starting to use the Service (creating a brand, generating content) before the 14-day period ends, you confirm that you wish to access the Service immediately and you waive your right of withdrawal in respect of the portion of the Service you have used. This will be made clear at checkout.
For any unused subscription period, we will issue a refund on request if the cancellation occurs within the first 14 days and you have not yet used any paid feature. After this period, subscriptions are non-refundable, except where required by EU consumer law.
Payment failures
If a payment fails, we will retry the charge over a grace period of up to 14 days. During this period, your access remains active. If the payment still cannot be processed after this period, the account will be downgraded to the Free plan.
Price changes
If we change the price of a plan, we will notify existing subscribers at least 30 days before the change applies to them, and you may cancel before the new price takes effect.
7. Account suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. For Free accounts, we may terminate with at least 7 days' notice. For paid accounts, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and refund the unused portion of any prepaid subscription, except in cases of serious breach (such as fraud, abuse, or illegal use) where suspension may be immediate.
If we terminate the Service entirely, we will give all users at least 30 days' notice and provide a way to export your data.
8. Availability
We aim to keep Sapvio available at all times but make no uptime guarantees. The Service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and announce planned downtime in advance.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sapvio and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of business, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, our practices, or the law. For Free users, we will publish updated Terms here and update the date at the top of this page. For paid subscribers, we will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email. If you disagree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect and receive a refund for any unused portion of the subscription period.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riga, except where applicable EU consumer protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
For EU consumers, the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
